Complaints
* We have had
numerous complaints about parking on lawns and in the streets, as well as an
abundance of cars on lots.
~Cars need to be Parked on your property in
your driveway or garage only.
~Cars cannot
be parked on lawn in front of the house for longer than 24hrs
“ Section 12: Each lot owner shall keep lot neat
and clean, with lawn always
mowed and free of unsightly objects. They shall maintain their fencing
so that it remains in good condition with no holes, gaps, or missing pieces”
~ Commercial vehicles
that you use for work should be parked in your driveway
In your back yard, not on the grass in
front of your home or in the street
~Boats also need to be placed in your
garage or in your backyard.
~Cars need to be Parked on your property
in your driveway or garage only.
~Cars cannot be parked on the three-foot grass
area that is considered Public
Property.
~Unsightly, Leaves little room for our
numerous walkers, bikers, dog walkers a
And children that play.
*Communicating
with your neighbor’s. If you are having work done, please give
your surrounding neighbor’s notice
~Let your neighbor’s know dates if possible, especially if work starts
early
Noise will
be heard outside of your household, or trucks will be parked
In front of someone else’s homes.
~This courtesy
should also be extended if you are having a party. Please have
As many cars park on your property but if it will trinkle down to others
Homes just give them some notice
